Training Resources, Ltd.(TRL), is a private company established in 1998. The primary participants possess extensive experience in conducting training for the Department of Defense and commercial enterprises. TRL has established a reputation in the maritime industry as a leader in providing Maritime Safety Training and Professional Consulting Services to various commercial enterprises, maritime unions and Military Sealift Command, the largest operator of civilian manned logistic support vessels for the U.S. Navy. TRL has two modern training sites, both located in San Diego, CA.
