We also owe that development to the Greek Commercial Fleet which, as known, is at the first position worldwide, consisted of about 3000 vessels, the majority of which is permanently serviced by our Companies. Apart from such Shipping Companies, Shipyards, Public Corporations, Port Authorities, big Engineering and Constructions Companies, Offshore Rigging Corporations and Armed Forces are included in our list of Clients. Our activities are Commercial as well as Industrial. Our privately-owned premises of more than 9000 m2, located near the main Piraeus port, are used for our Head Offices, Warehouse and Workshop for Production of different Constructions from Wire Ropes (Slings, Riggings, Runners e.t.c.), from tarpaulins (Hatch covers, Boats covers e.t.c.) and from Ropes (Cargo and Safety Nets, Ladders e.t.c.). In that building as well, we provide technical support to all Shipping Companies in Piraeus with a Horizontal Automatic Bench of 250 Tons capacity and 32,5 M free test length, approved by the Major Classification Societies. We are Stockists, specialized in the following products, all imported, except from Synthetic Ropes which are produced by our very modern factory,certified to ISO 9002 by BVQI, and Anodes, Zinc and Aluminium, for the Cathodic Protection of vessels, produced by our recently established foundry, both located at the 69th Kilometer of Athens-Salonica National Road on our owned land of 45.000 m2: 1) Synthetic Ropes 2) Wire Ropes & slings thereof, Cargo Blocks, 3) Marine Paints 4) Anchor Chains and Anchors, Chafing Chains, 5) Anodes for the Cathodic Protection of vessels 6) Tarpaulins 7) Survival Systems (Life Boats-Life Jackets) 8) Container securing accessories 9) Mooring Buoys and fenders 10)Deck equipment (Chain Stoppers, Smit Brackets,Panama bows, Roller Fairleads). 11)Emergency Towing Arrangements to IMO Resolution 35(63) 12) Fishing Nets, Cargo Nets, Safety Nets 13) Spray Nozzles for industrial applications 14) Webbing & slings thereof 15) Testing facilities up to 250 tons Lloyd's approved Apart from our Commercial and Industrial activities as above, we have very long experience and excellent accesses for participating Public Tenders, either on a commercial basis or by Representing Foreign Companies able to participate directly such Tenders. For providing our Customers a better and complete service, we have developed a World-wide deliveries network of Ropes, Anodes, Paints and Chains in many Ports around the globe, from where we can supply to vessels of our clients, sailing these Ports, the products they need within 24 hours. Our Scientific, Technical and Experienced personnel of 82 persons do always their best to satisfy all our clients. It is our ambition to extend our Industrial activities to other products as well from the above range.
