The Port of Santa Fe is located on an artificial canal near Km. 584 of the Parana River, at 3 I ° 39' S. Lat. and 60° 42' W. Long. Its terrestrial accesses are through National Routes II, 19 and 168, the Santa Fe - Rosario highway, and by rail through 3.28 ft. and 5.5 ft. gauges which interconnect it with Chaco, Santiago del Estero, Tucuman, Salta, Jujuy, Cordoba, San Juan, Mendoza, Chile and Bolivia.
