The firm has been organized to provide relatively inexpensive ship-to-shore, shore-to-ship and ship-to-ship e-mail communication using satellite communications technology.

Teamtalk Satellite of the UK (www.teamtalk.com) and SuperLetter.Com Inc.( www.superletter.com ) of the US have concluded an agreement to provide a Hybrid Mail Service to the Merchant Marine Industry (15,000 ships and 500,000 crewmembers) which enables ships crew and passengers to electronically send mail from anywhere in the world to land based stations automatically printing and mailing these letters for delivery via the local postal system in the destination country. Superletter already provides a similiar service to the British Forces Post Office in nineteen countries and two dozen Navy Ships. The service called E-bluey has been highly successful and in its first year of operation over 100,000 letters have been delivered for service personnel and friends and family.
