HPI, as a manufacturer of joint integrity products, provides a full inventory of new generation torque and tension equipment, nut splitters, flange equipment, power consoles, and bolt measuring equipment. Field services will be mobilized from Lafayette, LA and include controlled bolt work, bolt measurement, flange alignment, hydrostatic testing, flange machining and other bespoke services. The services can be applied daily, or as part of a long-term maintenance agreement globally. As an ISO 9001 and a NVQ bolt working training facility, HPI is committed to establishing safer, more efficient work practice that ensures highly trained, dedicated manpower implementing proven quality procedures, and are accompanied with a fully traceable documentation system. HPI has achieved ISO 14001 accreditation as it establishes quality standards with respect to environmental health and safety. From design to construction, commissioning to maintenance, all aspects of the joint life (equipment, manpower, testing and documentation) can be contracted from a single source provider.
