In 1984, Petro-Equipment X-change expanded its business to include fabrication, modification and refurbishment of oilfield drilling and workover equipment, design of auxiliary systems and components, and rig-up and testing of complete rigs. We offer in-house engineering and computer-aided drafting systems to customers in need of such services, and as an on-site extension of the customers' engineering staff.
