As a shipping agent of several renowned shipowners ( liner operators or tramp carriers), STTAT is ready, through its shipping departments managed by young and professional specialists trained at university and mastering various foreign languages such as English, Italian, French, Spanish, etc , to provide any shipping company with inexpensive round the clock agency service, including mainly the following tasks : + Communication of estimated D/A to Owners/Charterers to pay port expenses in due time. +Arrangements for supplies, as well as tally and survey services whenever needed. + Berthing the vessel with the required celerity and notification of cargo arrival in port to importers in due time. + Regular communication of the daily reports, E.T.C., E.T.S., etc... to the principals. + Supervision of cargo handling operations and taking measures to speed them up. + Freight collection and transfer within the contract dates. + Receipt of original bill of lading from importers and issue of delivery orders. + Assistance of the vessel while at berth and information of the master about the rules and customs of the port.
