European Center of Managerial Studies and Training The European Center of Managerial Studies and Training is an entity affiliated with the Garrigues law firm and whose purpose is to develop training, study and research activities in legal, fiscal and human resources areas. Its creation has permitted the Garrigues law firm to apply the experience, knowledge and methodology of a modern law firm to the training of young degree holders and professionals.
