Mr. Bynane concentrates in admiralty law, having begun his practical legal training with Messrs. Burlingham Underwood and Lord of New York, New York. He has been in practice for over twenty-five years and is admitted in New York and Texas. A former partner in two national law firms, he focuses on complex maritime litigation and transactions. He is a member of the Maritime Law Association of the United States, recognized as a Proctor in Admiralty.
