Marine Response Alliance LLC (MRA LLC), a limited liability company formed by Crowley Marine Services, Inc., Marine Pollution Control Corp., and Titan Maritime LLC, provides access to the equipment, personnel, and network of subcontractors to respond to vessel emergencies within hours of notice of a request for service. Emergency response services include OPA 90 requirements for rescue towing, lightering, salvage, fendering, and firefighting. MRA LLC is qualified as the Designated Contractor for OPA 90 compliance, and as the Salvage Company required by the California Code of Regulations. The Member companies are listed by the International Group of P & I Clubs as approved contractors
