A Bermuda based company established by Barber International in June 1998. As of January 1st 1999 the holding company acquired 100 pct. shareholding in Barber Ship Management Singapore Pte. Ltd. and took over the activities of Barber Ship Management Hong Kong's Dubai branch. The acquired companies were as of March 15th 1999 renamed to International Tanker Management Singapore Pte. Ltd. and International Tanker Management Limited. The latest additions to the group, ITM Norway AS and International Tanker Management (Germany)GmbH were established in March 2000 and February 2001 respectively.
