Eitzen Gas is involved in the LPG and Ethylene gas segment. Eitzen Gas controls and operates a fleet of 16 LPG - Ethylene carriers ranging in size from 1,600-11,600 cbm, which are all maintained to the highest standard fulfilling all major oil- and petrochemical companies' requirements for safe sea transportation.

Commercial management - LPG: Sigas Kosan A/S is equally owned by Lauritzen Kosan A/S and Eitzen Gas and is the commercial operator of the common fleet of gas vessels with a capacity below 3,000 cbm. This pool consists of 15 vessels - 7 vessels from Eitzen Gas and 8 vessels from Lauritzen Kosan. Eitzen Gas controls two bigger gas vessels, which are on long term time charter contracts with Lauritzen Kosan. Sigas Kosan A/S is situated in Copenhagen, but is also represented in the Far East and the Caribbean. Commercial management - Ethylene Eitzen Gas acts on behalf of Sigloo Gas KS as commercial representative to the SkandiGas / MNGC pool, which is operated by A.P. Møller, Copenhagen. The MNGC pool controls about 60% of the world's Ethylene gas vessels between 5,000 and 22,000 cbm and is jointly managed by Maersk Gas Carriers (act as agents for the SkandiGas pool) and Norgas (I.M. Skaugen ASA). Sigloo Gas KS is owned by substantial Norwegian owners and Eitzen Gas has a share of 25% of this partnership. Technical management TESMA Holding AS is the technical manager of all our gas vessels owned/controlled by the EITZEN GROUP. The company is an alliance network of professional ship management companies.
