Our practice is focused on civil litigation; particularly litigation involving marine businesses and maritime damage and injury. Such cases include Jones Act representation; catastrophic occurrences such as vessel sinkings, personal injury and death, towing and salvage, marine insurance disputes, and transactional loss such as purchase, sales and brokerage disputes. These cases require appearances before state and federal courts throughout the nation. We also support our clients with preventative and proactive legal services such as drafting and reviewing those documents which are most likely to play a role in future litigation, including corporate charters, insurance contracts, supplier contracts, lease or purchase documents and employment materials.
