Synergy Crewing is a joint venture between RH96 Broimpex (Germany) and Sea Wind Shipping SRL (Romania) to provide a wide range of services in maritime human resources. Our mission is to create an international chain of crewing activities, connecting shipowners and human resources through our new concept - "Synergy Crewing". The great advantage of this kind of approach is underlined by a very valuable transparency for the shipowners by hiring just in time the desired cruise personnel, a logistical efficient operation.
