Miller Centrifugal, for over 40 years has specialized in the designing, casting and finish machining of high grade centrifugally cast ferrous and non-ferrous products for industry and the military. Our products can be found in a variety of applications including power transmission, elevators, commercial and military aircraft, marine and naval vessels, as well as steel mills around the world. Our centrifugal casting process produces standard and complex contoured shapes in low, medium and high volume quantities in a broad range of copper, nickel, cobalt, iron, steel and aluminum base alloys. Processes like our unique bi-metallic worm gears and rolling mill sleeves, where two alloys are cast into one metallurgical bonded casting has the distinct advantages of both alloys. Our unique near-net-shape casting process gives us the capability to cast and machine complex irregular shapes. Sizes for all products range from 6 inches up to 120 inches in diameter with weights ranging from 25 pounds to 30,000 pounds.
