American Marine Holdings, LLC (AMH) is the parent company of Donzi Marine and ProLine Boats and is the lead partner in Metal Shark Aluminum Boats. AMH is also the exclusive licensee for the SeaCoaster. The SeaCoaster is a built-to-contract-specifications, aluminum or steel, High Speed Surface Effect Catamaran (SECAT).

The AMH Government Services group is responsible for the engineering, production, sales and support of Donzi, ProLine and Metal Shark craft customized for government and commercial applications. In addition to the Donzi, ProLine and Metal Shark products, the Government Services group manages the design, construction, delivery and support of the Sea Coaster. AMH was formed in 1986 and is a privately owned small business. Corporate headquarters are co-located with the Donzi Marine offices and production facilities in Sarasota, Florida. ProLine offices and production facilities are located approximately two hours north of corporate headquarters in Homosassa, Florida. Metal Shark production facilities are located in Jeanerette, Louisiana.
