Sino-Global Shipping Agency Ltd, originally Sino-Global Shipping Limited, was founded in 1993. On July 1, 2003, with the approval of the Ministry of Communication of P. R China, Sino-Global Shipping Agency Limited was entitled to attend vessels directly. It has since then officially changed its name to Sino-Global Shipping Ltd and become the largest private shipping agency in China. In December, 2003, it was granted UKAS Qualification Certification. Sino-Global now has established its branches in Ningbo, Qingdao, Tianjin, Fangchengang and New York. With the rapid growth, Sino-Global is setting up more branches at many of the main ports in China.
