PRONAV was founded 1995 in Hamburg and is registered under German law. It consists of PRONAV Schiffahrtskontor GmbH, PRONAV Ship Management GmbH & Co.KG and PRONAV Schiffahrtsberatung GmbH & Co.KG. Furthermore, PRONAV Ship Management Inc. Stamford, Connecticut, USA and PRONAV Ship Management Inc. Osaka, Japan are controlled from the Hamburg office. The majority of founders and present shareholders are former shareholders / Managing Directors of a major German shipping group. They are still active as Managing Directors of PRONAV and are assisted by a range of highly qualified and experienced employees. The PRONAV Team represents expertise and experience in all maritime fields for more than 35 years.
