Polar Crewing LTD was founded in 1997, but we known earlier (since 1993) as the Murmansk Office of NB Shipping Group. In June 1998 our company established our Arkhangelsk Office for better access to maritime personnel living in Northern Russia. Polar Crewing LTD's activities include: selection, training and employment of qualified Russian officers, ratings and cadets for bulk, general cargo, container and passenger vessels. The current situation in international shipping allows us to predict a demand for well trained Russian seamen.
