The Company was formed in 1990 to provide a diverse range of Marine Consultancy and Survey services to International Clients with interests both in the Far East and elsewhere. Close liaison is maintained with the United Kingdom office of Andrew Moore & Associates (International) Ltd and our representative office in Shanghai. The principal consultants making up the firm provide Clients with a wide range of academic and industrial experience in the maritime fields, that allow detailed conceptualisation and resolution of Clients requirements due to the combined resources that are available.
