Plimsoll Marine was originally formed in 1990 to supply Petroleos De Venezuela with Professional Consultants in the Design and Construction of Offshore Facilities of the Nuevo Refineria del Oriente. Since then, operations have expanded to include all Central and South America serving Underwriters, Owners, Operators, Charterers and Cargo Interests. The Principal Surveyor is a Licensed Unlimited Master and Offshore Installation Manager(Rig Mover)with more than 20 Years experience. In the 10 Years since inception of the company, assignments have ranged from groundings to Damaged Cargo to Damage Surveys of Offshore Installations. We have acted as Arbitrators between Pemex and Underwriters. We are approved Surveyors for The Salvage Association and Rush Johnson Associates among others.
