Founded in 1952. More than 380 vessels built since foundation : - barges, - fishing vessels, trawlers, refrigerators, - steel floating docks, - containerships, - tug boats, - stand-by vessels ... Since 1997 is part of the A.P.Moller Group (aquired by Odense Steel Shipyard Ltd.)
