Blue Water Shipping Company was established by , Mr. Donald Bass, in 1979 and we have quickly grown to be the premier agency on the Mississippi River and U.S. Gulf. Our headquarters is located in Metairie, Louisiana, which is a suburb of New Orleans. Our office is adjacent to Interstate-10 and Clearview Parkway which is very helpful for our attending vessels at any location on the Mississippi River without having to fight the congested city traffic in New Orleans.
