We offer a recruitment for all types of vessels of highly qualified and experienced Bulgarian seafarers at competitive wages.

The International Recruitment Company Ltd. was established in 1999 and it is a duly licensed by the Bulgarian Ministry of Labour and Social Policy (last Licence No:238/09.09.2004) Crew Manning Agency to arrange employment for BULGARIAN SEAFARERS ONLY and other qualified manpower abroad. We wold like to inform you that our company offers recruitment for all types of vessels, including cruise/passenger, cargo carriers, tankers, etc., of highly qualified and experienced, fluent in English Officers (more than 580) & Ratings (more than 510) & Personnel (about 800), at competitive wages. They have all Certificates in accordance with the provisions of the International Convention on STCW for Seafarers 1978/1995, as amended. They have also passed "Minimum International Standards and Drug & Alcohol Tests" and hold internatoinally recognized Medical Certificates. All our officers are graduated the Bulgarian international acknowledged "N.Y. Vaptsarov" Naval Academy (ISO 9001) with "Master Sc." degree and also have a post-graduate qualification in the Bulgarian Maritime Training Centre. They have experience onboard vessels of such companies as Lance Shipping Ltd. and Marlow Navigation - Cyprus, Delmas - France, Egon Oldendorff - Germany, Thenamaris Ships Management Inc., Elvictor Ltd., Barclay Shipping Ltd, Capital Ship Management Corp. and Costamare Shipping Company SA - Greece, Zim Israel Navigation Co.,Ltd. - Israel, Grimaldi Group -Italy, Kuwait Oil Tanker Company SAK and United Arab Shipping Co. (SAG) - Kuwait, Zodiac Maritime Agencies Ltd. - United Kingdom etc. We also command a large majority of Masters and Chief Mates who are licensed Pilots with qualification and experience of no less than five years in pilotage waters, and a very big pool of highly experienced fitters to serve onboard or to be employed for repairs. Please note that all of our seafarers are duly insured for the period of their stay in home country (Bulgaria).
