Adonis Data AS was established in 1988 and has since then produced human resource systems for the Norwegian and international maritime industry. The history of Adonis Software goes back to 1981, when the first maritime payroll system was delivered. Our main products handle personnel administration and payroll in global maritime organisations, including vessel administration. Our customers include more than 50 shipping companies world-wide and a lagre number of domestic companies.

The Adonis Maritime Suite of personnel administration applications consists of three comprehensive, fully integrated systems, designed to meet both the shore-based office and onboard maritime requirements of any modern day shipping company. All three systems are 32-bit Windows applications that can be run on Windows 95, 98 or NT. These systems have been developed using Inprise (Borland) Delphi and are designed to operate in conjunction with an SQL database system. There are only three SQL database systems that Adonis supports, these are: Inprise(Borland) Interbase Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.In addition, we also have the capability to import data from your old personnel systems for use with our programs. The Adonis Personnel Manager(APM), is the primary system in our suite of programs, being the office or shore-based system. It also incorporates an integrated payroll system. This allows the program to be a full and integrated solution to the personnel management needs of shipping companies of any size. There is also the Adonis Onboard Manager (AOM) which is designed to carry out all the necessary accounting and personnel related tasks on board a vessel, this program is designed to work seamlessly with Adonis Personnel Manager on land. Finally we have the Adonis Fleet Manager (AFM), this system incorporates advanced planning, organisational and information functions that will make the administration of your fleet more efficient and effective. The Fleet Manager is designed to integrate seamlessly with the Onboard Manager and the Personnel Manager to provide a powerful integrated solution to the needs of shipping companies of any scale.
