Azov shipyard is the biggest shiprepairing and shipbuilding enterprise at the Sea of Azov. As result Azov Shipyard can offer You following for our mutual cooperation: ship repairs, shipbuilding and machine-building works and port service rending. In particulars: ●Ship repairs. The enterprise can make full complete dry-docking works and attendant works of the hull, sea and overboard valves, propeller and steering gear. The Shipyard has one seamless floating dock allowing to take the vessel with the length up to 198 m and breadth up to 26 m. Yard’s special equipment allows to grit & sand blast, paint the hulls of the vessels in short time and with high quality. Also Yard can make major and repairs of the transport and river ships. The repairs of the main and auxiliary engines, deck gears and machinery of the engine room. The repairs and renewal of the ship piping. The repairs of the electric system, motors, generators, radio navigation equipment and ship automatics. The Shipyard has well equipment production section of recondition by are and frame-spray facing. We are able to recondition the following details: -Piston heads of main engine “MAN”, “SULZER”, “ДКРН”; -Exhaust valves of main engine “ДКРН”, pins and drive levers of valves; -Cylinder covers, valve seats; -Propeller and intermediate shafts, stocks, pintles, “SIMPLEX” stern sealing; -Hatch cover parts, hydro cylinder stocks, eyes, rollers, and pins; -Pins and rollers of cargo cranes; -Generator and electromotor rotors. We produce the following spare parts for the ship engines: inlet, outlet and start valves, indicator cock assembly and separate parts to them as well. To order the above it is necessary to advice the type of diesel and exact name of a part. We are able to deliver the valves of forty names for fifteen types of diesel according to separate list. ●Shipbuilding. The Shipyard produces and exports the oil and debris skimmer of 25505 & 205 A projects intended for collecting the encroaching oil products, dense fuel oil, kerosene and all kinds of garbage and floating items weighing up to 75 kg on the water surface at harbours, roads, and open sea. It can be operated especially well as part of an expedition to clean up emergency spillages at distance up to 20 miles from shore. This oil and debris skimmer can also offload sewage from ships and then transfer it for cleaning. It can function well within an expedition during the emergency elimination of spillages. Sewage and oily water can be offloaded from vessels both in port and on the road.
