Our main objective is to supply our Principal with crew/seamen who are well disciplined, qualified and competent.

Kindly allow us to introduce our company, and its activities in the field of ship personnel management. Azov Crew Management Company was incorporated in 1997 and established a representatives office in Mariupol, Ukraine on the basis of personnel department Azov Shipping Company(AZSCO) due to its reorganization for purpose of recruiting AZSCO crews to serve on internationally owned ships. Our main objective is to supply our Principal with crew/seamen who are well disciplined, qualified and competent. The crew members will hold their rating certificate of competency, or higher, of ex-USSR or Ukraine origin, and will have successfully passed the pre-employment medical examination by International standards, as laid down in the S.T.C.W. (Standards of Training Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers) International Convention of 78/95. In present time Azov Crew Management Company doing a crewing service for following shipping company : Oasis Ship Management Dubai/U.A.E., Contaz Ship Ltd Istanbul/Turkey, Ashapura Shipping Management Mumbai/India, Genmar Shipping London/U.K.. Therefore our crews successful serviced more then 30 vessels of above mentioned owners and ship management companies. All vessels supply by us full crew (from Master to Steward), but we can propose ukrainian officers and ratings for international crews. Our database has around 700 seafarers on board constantly and more than 1300 persons at reserve list. Also, our company passed successfully certification audit by Bureau Veritas standard ISO-9002.
