We are Polish crew recruiting company located in Gdynia offering to various shipowners and managers high quality Polish officers and crew of all ranks. We enroll large number of well educated and experienced seafarers, possessing internationally recognized licences and certificates, validity of which is being carefuly and regularly checked by our office staff. This allows us to offer to our clients always fully certified crews. Our company do cooperate with training and medical centers in Gdynia, which gives to our seafarers good chance to attend special courses in case required by shipowners. Large number of well qualified and experienced fitters in our database allows us to organize special repair or maintenance groups and send them to any place for the period freely described by the employer. Pre-employment medical examinations as well as drug and alcohol tests are compulsory for every candidate. To minimize transportation costs, when required by owners, we do organize crew changes in North European ports using minibuses. Our company is licensed and exists under the laws of Poland.
