About

Maritimt Forum is an organisation open to all Norwegian companies involved in the maritime industry. It's serveral hundreds members comprise both employers and employees of maritime companies and organisations.

The main aim of Maritimt Forum is to advance Norway's maritime industry. It spearheads different joint projects within the industry aimed at developing new national and international market opportunities. Since it's foundation in 1990, Maritimt Forum has worked to ensure that all events or policies involving the maritime industry reach Norway's political agenda. Maritimt Forum has three main tasks: - to positively influence the conditions of Norway's industrial policies. - to strengthen cooperational and activity between the different sectors and players within the maritime industry. - to forward, on an international basis, the best interests of Norway's maritime industry.
