ROTOR, thè partner for a complete drive! Since 1958, Rotor has been supplying and producing squirrel-cage induction motors to IEC and DIN standards. Rotor’s team now consists of more than 100 employees, who manage to deliver around 100,000 (up to 360 kW) motors a year, all over the world. Rotor continually strives, together with its customers, to produce the perfect balance between energy, technology and commercial factors. This has led to the production of special motors, which can be quickly adapted to suit the changing requirements of their users, thanks to Rotor’s extensive stock of readily available components. Motors that are produced for the offshore and shipping industry meet the requirements of all known shipping classification authorities and are for ‘essential service’ provided with an official certificate issued by the classification bureau. Since 1994 Rotor has expanded her delivery program with existing and adapted commercial products of well-established manufacturers. With this expansion Rotor is able to deliver a complete drive, based on a proper selection and combination of the following products: - rotor nl® electric motors - rossi motoriduttori (motor)reducers and variators - rotor nl® worm gear reducers - marelli flameproof electric motors - transmission components Rotor: certified according ISO 9001:2000 24 hours per day in reach (for emergency cases)
