Following the Dutch maritime tradition, Stork-Kwant has been established in designing and manufacturing nautical instruments for over 60 years. For our customers, this experience guarantees continuity and reliability, when using Stork-Kwant instruments in their remote control systems.
Stork-Kwant mainly supplies her equipment to seegoing vessels, such as ferries, minehunters, dredgers, cruise ships etc. Besides the civil application of Stork-Kwant equipment, a lot of NATO countries have equipped their vessels with Stork-Kwant instruments. Most of the instruments/systems manufactured by Stork-Kwant have been type approved by 10 leading Classification Societies, among which LRS, DNV, ABS etc. Novelties:*the Stork-Kwant RSCU are well known all over the world, Besides the RSCU mark 1 and the RSCU mark 3 (144x144 mm) Stork-Kwant has introduced two new types: the RSCU Mark 3 Star, a custom-made unit in a complete new shate, and the tyep RSCU Mark 4,which is a small unit with the sizes 96x96 mm. *Also the well-known Stork-Kwant electric shaft system has been moderne4zed and is available now in a digital execution. *The control Unit type BUK-B is available now in a new modern look, so that it will be more attractive for inclusion in the panels of the ultra modern vessels.
