Establish is a knowledge company. Our consulting staff is composed of experienced management consultants who come from varied backgrounds in industry and academics. We emphasize real-world knowledge and we exclusively recruit employees with substantial previous experience in industry and retailing. Establish is a fast-growing company with offices in Europe and the United States. Establish originated in Sweden and in the spring of 2000, merged its U. S. operation with Herbert W. Davis and Company, a leading supply chain management-consulting firm based in the New York area. Establish is owned in part by its founders, by U. S.-based GeoCapital, and by Sweden- based Industrivärden the largest shareholder in Ericsson. Establish has been profitable from the start and the business has been growing more than 80% a year on a global basis. We are guided by our basic core values: integrity and professionalism, passion for work, and essential modesty. This "essential modesty" is the heart of who Establish is. It means we have the competence and determination to lead and steer projects, but we never underestimate the importance of listening to our clients and making sure we understand one another.
