Gahagan & Bryant Associates, Inc. (GBA) was organized in 1975 to provide consulting and engineering services for port development projects, dredging, land reclamation, and coastal engineering. The principals, associates and staff have gained their skill and experience through years of service with major dredging, marine engineering and construction firms. This specialized capability is a continuation of the experience and expertise of the Gahagan Dredging Company which was founded in 1898, and was one of the leaders in the U.S. dredging industry. This background permits us to offer to our clients services which include: hydrographic surveying, topographic surveying, subsoil investigations, selection and use of modern dredging equipment, project planning, design-analysis, estimating and cost control, and construction management. The personnel of GBA have experience in dredging engineering as well as actual dredging construction, contract preparation, negotiation and procedures, estimating, bidding, plans and specifications, and construction supervision. Our strength in manpower resources guarantees clients that their requirements will be met in the most practical, efficient, and economical manner possible. All of our studies, engineering, services, and construction management are based on detailed analyses with efficiency and economy as prime factors.
