Chinsay was founded in 1999 and is a leading provider to the global shipping industry. Its key product, Recap Manager, is designed to assist brokers by reducing back office paper work, freeing their time to concentrate on generating more business for the company. In addition, it creates greater efficiency and saves both time and money in the creation and management of fixture documents and charter parties. Version 1.0 has been designed for the tanker broker community. Chinsay is backed by a number of top industry players with whom it has worked to develop and deliver best of breed technology and products.
