FRANCE P&I is a claim-handling office, which team is composed of in-house lawyers coming from various areas of the maritime world and having worked together for more than 6 years. FRANCE P&I provides services for the whole international shipping community. FRANCE P&I offers its services to ship operators through “technical & legal assistance contracts”. The purpose of such contracts is to provide a legal & technical assistance in order to prevent and/or handle any difficulty faced by the client, and protect his interests throughout his operations. FRANCE P&I may also provide services to P&I Clubs. Our range of intervention in this respect is quite large as it goes from simple Club Correspondent action (appointment of surveyors and lawyers as well as taking all appropriate measures to protect the interests of the Club’s Member), to providing a full claims service (P&I, FD&D, and more) on behalf and under the supervision of the Club.
