We do one thing. Breakbulk! That’s because we are experts at it. With forest products, palletized cargo and metals as our specialty, we have carefully selected our ships and equipment for efficient and safe handling of these cargoes. Our regular fleet of 7 vessels, equipped with features such as side- doors and on-board fork lifts, are tailor made to transport breakbulk among the Americas. In addition to the regular fleet, Tramarco Lines have on average 4 ships on short term charter to provide even greater flexibility.

HISTORY In 1982, Per E. Ellingsen, in conjunction with a group of Central American box manufactures, founded Tramarco Lines S.A. With the rapidly expanding trade from the United States and Canada to Central and South America, there became a demand for a shipping line that could provide regular and frequent sailings between the Americas specializing in handling Forest Products and general break bulk cargoes. Tramarco Lines, with its multi-national staff, has been meeting the specific needs of shippers and providing the kind of service and reliability their customers demand.
