FRANCE P&I is a claim-handling office, which team is composed of in-house lawyers coming from various areas of the maritime world and having worked together for more than 6 years. FRANCE P&I provides services for the whole international shipping community. FRANCE P&I offers its services to ship operators through “technical & legal assistance contracts”. The purpose of such contracts is to provide a legal & technical assistance in order to prevent and/or handle any difficulty faced by the client, and protect his interests throughout his operations. FRANCE P&I may also provide services to P&I Clubs.
