OPP's manufacturing facility is located in Shelton, Washington. It is the single largest overlay panel manufacturing facility, under a single roof, in the world. The site sits on approximately 25 acres adjoining Simpson Timber's sawmill operations. The manufacturing process includes the peeling and drying of veneer for our lay-up and press process plus an extensive finishing department, which includes a panel sander and film press for the production of our Two Step ® high quality overlay panels. We employ a Continuous Process Monitoring (CPM) in all our manufacturing process. OPP provides the world's largest selection of overlaid panels. We have a family of products to meet all the demanding requirements of the markets we serve. These markets include: Concrete Forming, Sign, Transportation and Industrial. OPP plans to continue the Simpson philosophy of cultivating long term mutually successful relationships with those who buy our products and those who supply our material needs.
