Gourdomichalis Maritime, S.A. is a ship-management company founded in 1969. Over the years the company has managed a variety of vessels including tankers and bulk-carriers up to 100,000 dwt, always trading them globally and primarily on the spot market. The company currently has under its management a total of 250,000 dwt. The fleet consists of two Panamax bulk-carriers and four Handysize bulk-carriers trading under the Greek, Panamanian and Maltese flags. The fleet's chartering requirements are met through Gourdomichalis & Co (Chartering) Limited, a London based company and member of the Baltic Exchange.
