RMS of Kristiansand, Norway, is a professional ship- and offshore management company owned by Rasmussengruppen AS. RMS is specializing in the operation of shutteltankers, semi-submersible accommodation vessels, floating storage vessels, tankers and bulk carriers. RMS also provides engineering support services within construction and building/rebuilding of vessels. We are providing these services to Rasmussengruppen AS, NAVION ASA and other customers. RMS has a solid background as the former operating arm of the Rasmussen shipping group in Kristiansand, established in 1936, and has developed from a traditional shipping company also to an offshore contractor, with considerable experience from the North Sea environment. Brazil produces more than 1.7 million barrels of oil equivalent per day, and has many projects in the development pipeline.
