The Company was established in the year 1981 as "M/s Arcadia Shipping Private Ltd." by the Chairman Mr Mukesh N. Shah and his young team of Professionals. Under the dynamic leadership of Mr. M. N. Shah, the company made rapid progress in all spheres of Shipping and Offshore Industry and at present enjoys the position of one of the leading Ship Owners / Shipping Agents at Mumbai, with its Branches and Agents at all major Indian Ports.
In its Quest for Expansion and Growth to keep pace with the Global Developments, the Company has diversified its activities into other allied fields including TeleCommunication and Information Technology. The name of the Company was changed into "M/s. Arcadia Shipping Limited." w.e.f 26 th of April, 1991 and has been duly incorporated as a Company under the Provisions of The Indian Companies Act, 1956.
