Climate-controlled warehousing, administrative and engineering offices, meeting rooms and customer offices are located on-site. The yard has extensive launching and dockage capabilities. Bayou Sauvage connects to the Intracoastal Waterway and Lake Pontchartrain providing riverine type environments as well as varying water conditions for trials and training.
