Manitowoc Marine Group is comprised of four shipyards – Marinette Marine, Bay Shipbuilding, Toledo Ship Repair and Cleveland Ship Repair. The Marine Group is a division of The Manitowoc Company. Although there have been a couple of name changes, The Manitowoc Company, which was founded as a shipbuilding company, has been in continuous operation since 1902.
