AERODOM, the operator of the Dominican Republic's airport network, has announced a strategic partnership with AirportLabs to implement next-generation digital infrastructure across its six airports.

In a move to drive digital transformation across the Dominican Republic's airport network, AERODOM (Aeropuertos Dominicanos Siglo XXI), a subsidiary of VINCI Airports, has announced a strategic partnership with AirportLabs. According to the press release, the two companies will work together to implement a next-generation digital infrastructure across AERODOM's network of six airports. This includes the country's main international gateway, Las Américas International Airport in Santo Domingo. The partnership aims to leverage AirportLabs' expertise in airport management software and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency, passenger experience, and sustainability across AERODOM's facilities. 'This partnership marks an important milestone in our digital transformation journey,' said Mónica Rivera, CEO of AERODOM. 'By collaborating with AirportLabs, we will be able to introduce cutting-edge technologies that will optimize our airport operations and deliver exceptional service to our passengers.' The announcement comes as airports worldwide are increasingly turning to digital solutions to address evolving passenger demands, improve operational resilience, and meet sustainability goals. Integrating advanced software, data analytics, and automation can help airport operators streamline processes, enhance situational awareness, and make more informed decisions. 'We are excited to partner with AERODOM and support their vision for a digitally-enabled airport network,' said Alvaro Recoba, CEO of AirportLabs. 'Our solutions will empower AERODOM to drive innovation, enhance the passenger journey, and position their airports for long-term success.' The project is expected to be rolled out across AERODOM's airports in a phased approach over the next 12-18 months. The companies did not disclose the financial details of the partnership.
