AirX Climate Solutions, a leading HVAC solutions provider, has acquired Northern Air Systems to strengthen its mission-critical HVAC capabilities.

In a move to bolster its position in the mission-critical HVAC market, AirX Climate Solutions, Inc. (ACS) has announced the acquisition of Northern Air Systems, Inc. (Northern Air), a premier designer and manufacturer of highly specialized HVAC systems. According to the press release, the acquisition will allow ACS to expand its portfolio of solutions for critical infrastructure, including maritime applications such as port facilities, shipyards, and vessels. Northern Air's expertise in designing and manufacturing HVAC systems for demanding environments will complement ACS's existing full-service specialty HVAC offerings.
