China's state-owned power equipment manufacturer Harbin Electric Corporation (HE) is at the forefront of the country's efforts to drive the global transition to green energy, according to a recent press release. As 'China's first state-owned enterprise for exporting large-scale power equipment', HE is 'accelerating the development of new power systems centered on green and low-carbon vision', the release states. This includes advancements in intelligent manufacturing processes to improve the efficiency and sustainability of its operations. The announcement highlights China's strategic focus on positioning itself as a global leader in renewable energy technologies. 'As a vanguard of China's power equipment industry, HE is playing a crucial role in realizing the country's ambitious climate goals and supporting the worldwide shift towards a greener energy future,' the release adds. This aligns with China's broader efforts to reduce its carbon emissions and transition its economy to clean energy sources.
