Gold Royalty Corp. announces strong financial results for 2025, with record annual revenue and operating cash flows, and a positive outlook for continued growth through 2030.

Gold Royalty Corp. (NYSE American: GROY) has reported its operating and financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025, showing record annual revenue and operating cash flows. According to the company's press release, Gold Royalty generated $125.3 million in revenue and $92.4 million in operating cash flows during 2025, both representing new highs for the gold royalty and streaming company. The strong financial performance was driven by increased production from the company's diversified portfolio of royalty and stream assets, as well as higher commodity prices. 'We are very pleased to report these outstanding results, which demonstrate the strength and resilience of our business model,' said David Garofalo, CEO and Chairman of Gold Royalty. 'Our focus on building a high-quality portfolio of royalties and streams across the global mining sector has allowed us to capitalize on favorable market conditions and deliver substantial value to our shareholders.' Looking ahead, Gold Royalty provided a positive outlook for continued growth through 2030. The company expects to see further increases in revenue and cash flow as new royalty and stream assets are added to its portfolio and existing operations ramp up production. Several major mining projects that are subject to Gold Royalty's interests are also slated to come online in the coming years. 'We remain confident in our ability to execute on our growth strategy and generate sustainable long-term returns,' Garofalo added. 'The strong financial performance we've achieved in 2025 is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, and we look forward to building on this momentum in the years ahead.'
