GoldMining Inc., a Canadian mining company focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of gold assets, has announced the filing of its annual financial statements, management's discussion and analysis (MD&A), and annual information form. According to the company's press release, the Annual Filings were filed on February 27, 2026 and are available on SEDAR (System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval) and the company's website. 'The filing of our Annual Filings is an important milestone for GoldMining as we continue to advance our portfolio of gold projects,' said Amir Adnani, Chairman of GoldMining. 'We remain focused on creating value for our shareholders through the responsible exploration and development of our assets.' The company's annual information form provides an overview of GoldMining's business, its material mineral projects, and other corporate information. The MD&A discusses the company's financial position, operating results, and cash flows for the year ended December 31, 2025. GoldMining's shares are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol 'GOLD' and on the NYSE American exchange under the symbol 'GLDG'.
