### Exus Renewables Onboards 437MW of Texas Solar Assets
According to a press release from PR Newswire, Exus Renewables North America has partnered with Nuveen Infrastructure to onboard 437MW of utility-scale solar projects in Texas. The three projects mark a significant milestone in Exus' continued expansion across North America, as the company works to power sustainable investments through operational excellence.

### TurnOnGreen and TESCO Partner on EV Charging in Indiana
In another press release, TurnOnGreen, Inc. announced a partnership with Total Energy Solutions Company, LLC (TESCO) to deploy DC fast charging infrastructure across key travel corridors in Indiana.
