MDA Space Reports Strong Q4 and Fiscal 2025 Results

MDA Space, a leading provider of space-based solutions, has announced its Q4 2025 and full fiscal year 2025 financial results, showcasing record revenues and adjusted EBITDA.

MDA Space, a prominent player in the maritime and space industries, has reported its financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2025, highlighting impressive growth and performance. According to the company's press release, MDA Space achieved record revenues of $499 million in Q4 2025, representing a 44% year-over-year increase. The company's adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) also reached a record $96 million, up 36% compared to the same period in the previous year. 'We are extremely pleased with our strong finish to fiscal 2025,' said John Smith, CEO of MDA Space. 'Our team's dedication and the continued demand for our innovative space-based solutions have enabled us to deliver these outstanding results.' The company's adjusted EBITDA margin for the quarter stood at 19.3%, while its adjusted net income grew by 67% year-over-year to $59 million. MDA Space also reported a backlog of $4.0 billion at the end of the quarter, providing the company with revenue visibility into 2026 and beyond. 'These results demonstrate the strength and resilience of our business model,' added Smith. 'As we look ahead, we remain focused on driving further growth and innovation to support our customers in the maritime and space sectors.' The positive financial performance comes as MDA Space continues to expand its portfolio of space-based solutions, including satellite communications, Earth observation, and navigation services, which are increasingly crucial for the maritime industry's digital transformation and sustainability initiatives.
